Our Mission

The mission of UCM is to spearhead efforts in forest and wildlife conservation.UCM aims to aid this through collaborative initiative engaging local communities :

  1. advocacy and policy interventions,
  2. nature education
  3. Interventions that mitigates Human-wildlife conflicts
  4. Habitat Restoration.

We aim to address the pressing challenges facing our environment and support sustainable coexistence between forest dependent communities and wildlife.

Our Focus

Forest and Wildlife Conservation:

UCM is deeply committed to safeguarding endangered species and their habitats. Through strategic conservation projects and partnerships with local communities and stakeholders, we work tirelessly to protect vulnerable forest dependent communities and  wildlife populations  from threats such as habitat loss, poaching, and climate change.

Advocacy and Policy Activism:

As advocates for environmental conservation, UCM actively engages in advocacy campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness about pressing conservation issues. By amplifying the voices of those fighting for the protection of our planet, we strive to inspire positive change at local, national, and global levels by actively engaging in decisions and policies that protects forests and wildlife

Nature Conservation Education and Awareness:

Education is a cornerstone of our work at UCM. We believe that by empowering individuals with knowledge about environmental conservation, we can inspire a new generation of stewards for the natural world. Through workshops, seminars, and educational resources, we aim to foster a deeper understanding of the importance of biodiversity and ecosystems.

Human-Wildlife Conflict Mitigation:
